• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipment

4.3. Shipping Limitations

We ship worldwide except to select remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

4.4. Import Duties and Taxes

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

5.2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to their seasonal and personalizable nature, Christmas Plates are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5.3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Wait for instructions and a Returns Authorization Number
3. Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging
4. Include the Returns Authorization Number inside the package
5. Ship to the address we provide using a trackable service

5.4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method
• The original cost of standard shipping ($12.95) is non-refundable
• For free shipping promotions, the value of standard shipping will be deducted from your refund

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5.5. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If exchanging for a higher-value item, you will be charged the difference. For a lower-value item, we will refund the difference.
