1909 Royal Copenhagen Christmas plate, designed by Stephan Ussing, has the title Snow landscape. Royal Copenhagen Christmas plate 1909 was only produced in 1909. This Christmas plate, which is the second of Royal Copenhagen’s series of Christmas plates, depicts a typical Danish winter landscape at night, covered in snow, with a clear and frosty starry sky in the background, and branches of fir and cones in the foreground. Towards the edge of the plate, flowers and angels decorate the plate.
