Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipment
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to select remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Outlet Rosenthal Store purchase. If you’re not delighted with your items, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process.
Our Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
Important Exception: Due to their seasonal and personalizable nature, Christmas Plates are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email our customer care team at [email protected]. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship your return without this number.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include your Returns Authorization Number inside the package, and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of its status via email.
- Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Note: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Shipping Costs: The original cost of standard shipping ($12.95) is non-refundable. For free shipping promotions, the value of the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If exchanging for a higher-value item, you will be charged the difference. For a lower-value item, we will refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost or process a full refund.
