Our Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange process:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our customer care team at [email protected]. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information to assist you quickly.
- Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship your return back without this number.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include your Returns Authorization Number inside the package, and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its status.
- Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Shipping Costs: The original cost of standard shipping ($12.95) is non-refundable. For free shipping promotions, the value of the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is of a higher value, you will be charged the difference. For a lower-value item, we will refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost or process a full refund.
